Having a thick skin can get you only so far. The next step up is living in the experience. Only then can you learn, grow and help others. So are you ready to love your enemies? No, I mean really love them... Let's start with the easy ones. People you have no real beef with, we call those haters right? The folks who give you the cold shoulder, talk about you or intentionaly create obsacles even though you have no idea why. News flash: haters are good for the ego, but that does not apply if you hate back. Hate in and of itself comes from fear and how can fear be good for your ego? Think about it... There is no valid reason for a person to decide they don't like you because of your style, personality, physical appearance, the way you talk, ...

Oh you like that title, huh? Yes, I know I'm clever ;-) Spite, Hate and Envy are terrible joy stealers, relationship destroyers, and opportunity killers. I'm a psychology researcher, coach, mentor and advisor...  unintentional kindling the hate fire is what I do, it is my weirdness. I call it hater aiding :-D But there's a fine line. When you say something profound, do something really great or really smart or accomplish something and then you celebrate really big and care about the fact that it makes the people who are jealous more frustrated. That's pretty much the same thing as "watching them squirm" and shouldn't really be motivation; but hey I understand that we're human. I'm not saying what anyone should or should...

This is not a post for wannabe celebs, demi celebs, and talented entrepreneurs. You are already working towards your next level, hopefully. But if you have been working in film, music and/or major entertainment industry as a recognizable name and you're complaining about what someone is keeping you from, you might be a porch monkey. Stop wasting your royalties on keeping up with the status quo and invest it in your exit strategy. Everyone falls on hard times at some point, but if you have a known brand, you have value. If you have a well-known name and you have income, what are you waiting for? Quit your crying and really become an entrepreneur already. You've lived your dream, now it's time to do some work. Get out of the way and pave it ...

If you wonder whether art imitates life or vice versa, you can discover the answer by watching how we chose our favorites; especially during times of diversity. We have lots of choices of styles and genres. The best rapper of the year and the top song of the year are both caucasian and talking about keeping it, real, being frugal and having fun in the process... now that's #LivingSugarFree and why they both happen to be two of my favorite songs. Grammy winner for rap artist of the year, Macklemore hated all over the game by blowing up from a song about thrift store shopping and old dusty clothes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK8mJJJvaes Lorde came on the scene even more in your face by mocking the chase for bling. She broke every rule ...

I know this is a phrase you're used to seeing a lot in self help marketing ads: "become the person you were meant to be..." image News flash: This statement implies destiny. If you believe in destiny than you know that God knows you, where you are and where you are going. If you don't believe in destiny than you shouldn't be looking for anything that was meant to be and should be okay with just being. I am here to tell you, you are already the person you were meant to be, as will you be 10 years from now when you evolve and grow more. You don't need to become anyone... you just need to tell the person you are to get up and do something with what you have right now! Only then will you feel like you are the person you were meant...

Catch Holler's Disease Do you know Brian Holler?

If not, you should. Catch Holler's Disease I can't get enough of this guy. Therefore I have decided that I have Holler's Disease and you should get it too.

Holler's Disease is simply described, in his words, "Being yourself is awesome, but a whole bunch of people being themselves then seeing how that can work together? Well, that's about as good as it gets!"

This is a euphoric state of being "blissfully ignorant of anyone pretending to be someone else. Too happy, productive and prosperous to care."

It's becoming an epidemic. There is no cure for this disease, and why would you want one.

To continue this path of positivity and success click LIKE, share and RT Brian Holler at least once a day. Y...

#LivingSugarFree #TXNL #Marketing101 Before you read the rest of this, you should have done a few things. If not, that's the hard stuff you can pay me to help you fix. Here is the duh of being a good brand: Sell what you believe. Be transparent Live your brand Put your opinions behind your marketing. A bird in the hand is not worth two in the bush. If you disagree, you probably can't afford my rate, so don't judge value based on cost. Working for skills, collaboration, promotion and/or a good cause is not the same as working for free. I always go above and beyond, so what's a  paycheck? If you don't get this, I'm not likely to work for you anyway... My point is, when you get caught up, your brand and therefore your profits get he...

#Integrity #Trust #SocialCollaboration I could care less if you follow me on Twitter or LIKE my fanpage. I do however appreciate all of my genuine friends, followers and fans. I also care very much about representing and sharing quality, informative, enlightening and fun content. With that said, I am neither obligated nor paid to share any person or brand. If you choose to unfollow or unlike because I'm not your flavor of the month, that's fine. But if you can't handle the fact that I am #LivingSugarFree or you choose to fake the Twitter game at my expense, that's another story. Haters and fakers should always avoid #TXNL, The Social Entrepreneur, and anything to do with me. You will be found out and maybe even called out. In a world of c...

A Good Day To XeeMe | It's their 2 year anniversary Happy Birthday XeeMe. My XeeMe love story started October 30, 2011. I'm pretty sure I found it through my friends on Empire Avenue. I've began using XeeMe as a signature, a business card, a QR code, a catalogue, an index, and even a Twitter tool. In honor of XeeMe's 2nd year I have written a brief overview of how I use my profile and the clever name. "Oh no, not another social network!" This is a sentiment heard most often whenever a new  social media site launches or when people hear about another must have website. I've felt this way a time or two myself. But not since I discovered XeeMe, an online profile manager that allows you to organize all of your important l...

#LivingSugarFree Dressing on a budget: You don't need money to look fabulous. I was inspired to write this while cracking up at shows that are meant to tell people how to survive the economy and get by on a budget... but the "experts" on the show have clearly never had to do it. A 3 hour makeover, to recycle old clothes for a stay at home mom to get back out in the work force: 1. Go through the closet for salvageable items. 2. If you have a suit or suit jacket, that's a great start. 3. Refurbish items, hem, change buttons, etc. 4. Add sparkle with new items, accessories, etc...here's where they lost me... Why would you spend 3 hours refurbishing old clothes and then buy a $250 sweater??? You wouldn't! *So instead get over...

It's not that I don't want to be friends with you | #LivingSugarFree About Andréa It's not that I don't want to be friends with you. I just don't want to be your Facebook friend if I'm not already or we don't have history. Sorry. It's not personal. Maybe I'm a somedia introvert. It's just that, FB has always kind of creeped me out. This has not changed in the past 5 years since I decided to play along. But it has changed since I figured out how to manage it to my own satisfaction. To be honest I <3 my little FB neighborhood. I can actually get to people, engage and support. Maybe for you that's no big deal, but some of us work better with small groups. I can do stage w/ 1000's just fine... but having 1000's of people talking, with confl...

#LivingSugarFree #Execute #CustomerService If you are over the age of 25, you probably agree that CS has gone to the dogs, actually that would be an improvement... anywho, my point is: In the name of getting things done, being productive, positively impacting others, spreading peace and the elimination of bullying and environmental pollution... The million dollar question is... How much time do you spend complaining about bad service rather than coaching the person serving you through the process to get what you need done? Many hourly employees today don't understand the classic customer concepts:
Give 'em the pickle.
or
Never say no.
or
The customer is always right. I can help with understanding teamwork concepts. I can help with understanding teamwork concepts.
None of these quot...

If you have a business, this article is a must read. If you don't have a business, this article is a must read. People are much more in control of their environment, career, life, etc. when they are fully literate. Yes I know you can read and write; but are you fully literate?
Does social media affect the value of relationships; the ability to trust an individual or organization; and the overall flow of currency in an economy?

Happy Friday darlings!!! Did you finish the week strong? Get everything you wanted? Accomplish all your goals? No, what???!!!! :-D That's ok, me either. Remember success is a journey... And guess what, you're closer to goals than you  were last week because you gave it your all... You did give it your all right? No???? :-D That's ok too. Eliminate "try" from your vocabulary and your mind. Then  you will give your all and appreciate your own efforts more. Also plan your Monday today and leave your unfinished tasks on paper, not in your psyche. Then, go have a relaxing and fun weekend. You deserve it! Don't forget to take some time for reflection and gratitude.
