If you do not establish leadership principals ahead of time, and train the people you have in place, you will always be reactionary and putting out fires from their actions, directly or indirectly.
For every story we've seen in the media of someone who is suing for sexual harassment, there may be someone we will never know about that committed suicide or murder instead. There is no way of knowing so this is not a point to argue. But rather something for consideration for all Emotionally Intelligent Transformational leaders and those aspiring to be so.
