The #TXNLExecs are a group of six highly experienced professionals who serve as mentors, trainers, and speakers for Better We, Inc. and The Xstream Network Live. They offer expertise in leadership, coaching, marketing, and other areas that are essential to personal and professional growth.

Andréa Raquel Young, founder of Better We, Inc. and The Xstream Network Live (#TXNL), is a visionary leader who is dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming communities. She is an ordained minister, an honorary PhD in Theology, a doctoral student of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She is also a speaker, social media influencer, podcast host, author of #LivingSugarFree Revealed #AspieSecrets, and not just an Army veteran, but the 1st female Voice of the 3rd US Infantry, The Old Guard.
